01Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and HUADONG TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, a company applying to the sale and delivery of sports data and goal tracking information, with a registered office at Rm 1602 Lucky Centre, 165-171 Wan Chai Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong (HK). The KINGGOAL platform described here is developed and operated on behalf of the operator by the developer team HuaDong Tech.

By accessing any page of kinggoal.lat, registering an account, subscribing to a feed, or otherwise using any of the services provided, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not use the services. We encourage you to read the whole document carefully, including the sections on fees, liability and termination, before you commit to a delivery plan.

02About the Services

The KINGGOAL platform provides real time sports statistics, live goal event tracking, league analytics dashboards, team performance reports, odds movement monitoring and fan engagement widgets to professional and community partners. The services sit within the wider computer systems design and related services offered by HUADONG TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.

Our offering covers the collection, structuring and distribution of match information across eleven leagues and is designed to keep scoreboards, highlight desks and subscriber communities informed throughout each fixture. The precise scope of the services you receive, including any bandwidth, league list or dashboard limits, is set out in the written order or agreement we issue to you.

We may update, expand, rearrange or withdraw individual features over time. We will give reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces the services you have paid for, and we will never quietly remove a function you rely on without telling you first.

03Your Account and Access

Certain parts of the platform require an account. You agree to supply accurate and complete details when you register and to keep those details current throughout your relationship with us.

You are responsible for guarding the credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under them. If you believe your account has been used without permission, you must inform our escalation team without delay so we can lock the account and investigate the matter.

We may ask you to provide additional verification before restoring access after a security event or a password change. We reserve the right to refuse registration, or to close an account, where we have a reasonable belief that doing so protects the integrity of the platform or the privacy of other users.

04Acceptable Use

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You must not, directly or indirectly, engage in any conduct that damages, interferes with or places an unreasonable load on our systems or the systems of our other partners.

Restricted activities

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers or networks connected to the platform.
• Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing raw feeds to a third party without our prior written consent.
• Using automated tools in a way that degrades service or bypasses access controls or rate limits.
• Introducing malware, attempting to probe or scan systems, or carrying out denial of service activities.
• Presenting the services as your own or misrepresenting the source of the data to an audience.
• Publishing fabricated results or attributing incorrect goal data to the KINGGOAL brand.

We may suspend access to investigate an apparent breach with immediate effect, and we will handle any such case fairly and with a clear explanation of the findings.

05Data Feeds and Delivery

When you subscribe to a data feed, delivery occurs through the channel stated in your agreement, which may include webhook POSTs, polling endpoints, file exports or a dedicated dashboard account.

We aim for high availability during live events and validate every goal event before it is broadcast. Because the information is produced from live sporting action, we cannot guarantee that the data will be complete, error free or delivered without interruption on every occasion. Our accuracy targets and the remedies available to you in the event of a fault are described below.

You agree that the exclusive remedy for a failure of a data feed is set out in the Limitation of Liability and Warranty sections of these terms, and that no claim may be brought against our data suppliers or the developers who run the underlying systems.

06Fees, Payment and Taxes

The fees for the services are those shown in your order, invoice or written proposal. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties or levies, and you are responsible for paying those amounts at the rate in force at the time of the transaction.

Invoices are due within the period written on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted by law and may lead to a suspension of the services under the suspension clause. All amounts are prepared in the currency named on the invoice, and any exchange differences are for your account where your payment method uses another currency.

We will give you at least thirty days notice of any planned change to recurring fees before it takes effect on your next renewal.

07Intellectual Property

The software, designs, text, dashboards, documentation, trademarks and other materials that make up the KINGGOAL platform are the property of HUADONG TECHNOLOGY LIMITED or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

During the term of an active agreement, we grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to access and use the services and to receive the outputs of your subscription for your own operational purposes. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

You may not copy, disassemble, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the software except to the extent that the law expressly permits. Third party names, club badges and league logos referenced in reports remain the property of their respective owners.

08Content and Public Data

The goal events, scores, standings and statistics we provide are compiled from publicly reported sporting action. We invest time to validate and structure that information, but we do not claim ownership of the underlying facts of a match, which belong to the sport itself and its official record.

Where you use our data to power public-facing screens, websites or broadcasts, you remain responsible for how that content is presented to your own audience and for obtaining any separate licence required for footage, graphics or branding beyond the numeric information we supply.

You agree not to represent the data as a form of regulated betting advice or as a guarantee of a particular outcome, and you accept full responsibility for any editorial decisions you take based on the information you receive.

09Confidentiality

Each party may receive non public information about the other during the course of a relationship, including technical specifications, pricing, security arrangements and unpublished roadmap plans. Both parties agree to hold that information in confidence and to use it only for the purpose of the agreement between them.

This duty does not apply to information that is already public, that is lawfully received from a third party without restriction, or that must be disclosed to comply with a binding legal requirement.

On termination of the agreement, each party will return or destroy confidential material held in tangible form on request, and will cease any further use of the other party confidential information.

10Warranties and Disclaimer

We warrant that the services will be provided with reasonable skill and care and in line with the specification set out in your order. Where the services fail to meet that standard, we will, as your sole remedy, work to correct the fault or, if correction is not reasonably possible, arrange a proportional refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an as available and as is basis. We give no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error free or completely accurate at all times, and we make no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond the express statements in this document.

Live sports data is inherently subject to correction and delay. You should not rely on goal information as a basis for emergency decisions, safety obligations or financial commitments that could cause loss if the data proves inaccurate or late.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUADONG TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and its developers and suppliers will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising from the use of or inability to use the services.

Our total aggregate liability arising in connection with the services and these terms, whether in contract, tort including negligence, or otherwise, is limited to the fees you have actually paid to us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

The limitations in this section apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss and even if a remedy set out elsewhere in these terms is held to have failed of its essential purpose. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

12Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless HUADONG TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and its officers, employees, developers and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages and reasonable costs arising out of your use of the services, your content, or your breach of these terms.

This includes claims caused by your presentation of goal data to your own audience, your infringement of a third party right, or your failure to comply with any law or regulation that applies to the territory in which you operate.

We will notify you of a claim as soon as reasonably practicable and give you the opportunity to conduct the defence where appropriate, provided that you do not admit fault on our behalf and keep us informed of the progress of the matter.

13Term and Termination

These terms apply from the moment you first use the services and continue until your agreement or subscription is brought to an end.

Either party may terminate a month by month subscription at the end of a billing period by giving the other party notice equal to the notice period stated in the order. A fixed term agreement remains in force for its stated duration and may only be ended early under the circumstances described in these terms.

We may terminate an agreement with immediate effect when an invoice remains unpaid after the applicable grace period, when you commit a material breach that is not remedied within fourteen days of notice, or when continuing the relationship would place us in conflict with law or expose the platform to serious risk.

On termination you must stop using the services and destroy any confidential or licensed material in your possession. Clauses intended to survive termination, including those on liability, indemnity, intellectual property and governing law, will continue to apply.

14Suspension of Service

We may suspend all or part of the services where this is necessary to protect the security or stability of the platform, to comply with a legal requirement, or to manage a payment default. We will give you advance notice wherever it is reasonable to do so and will restore service as soon as the grounds for suspension cease to exist.

Suspension does not remove your payment obligations for the period in which access was affected, except where we determine that credits are appropriate following a sustained and faultless outage. Any time lost to a suspension that we cause without lawful basis may be credited toward your next invoice at our discretion.

Repeated or serious breaches of the acceptable use provisions may, in addition to suspension, lead to termination of the agreement without refund of any prepaid fees.

15Changes to the Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the law or our operating practices. We will update the Effective Date at the top of this page whenever a revision is published.

For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to draw the revision to your attention, including by a service notice on the platform or a message to the contact address we hold for you. Changes take effect on the date they are published, or on such later date as we state in the notice.

If you continue to use the services after a revision becomes effective, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may end your agreement before the new terms apply by giving us notice in accordance with the termination clause.

16Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and any disputes arising out of or connected with them are governed by the laws applicable in the territory where HUADONG TECHNOLOGY LIMITED maintains its registered operations, namely Hong Kong. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hong Kong for the resolution of any dispute, subject to any mandatory rule that applies to a consumer in your own location.

Before starting court proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may escalate the dispute through a mutually agreed mediation process before resorting to formal proceedings, except where urgent injunctive relief is required to protect rights or confidential information.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be read down to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable.
